A Family with the Dolomites in the Heart

Cuore delle Dolomiti | Camere e SPA is the dream come true of Chiara and Dario, a young couple of dairy cattle breeders, mountain enthusiasts, open spaces lovers and at the same time very attentive to the quality of life, respectful of the environment and the territory and fans of well spent time .

Their commitment to the Belluno Dolomites and their mountains is proved by the breeding and production protocol they apply on their strictly organic farm.

Cuore delle Dolomiti | Camere e SPA represents the innovation of a rural mountain farm now in its third generation, which has always believed in the potential of this area, full of beauties and generous with opportunities for all visitors and tourists who choose it.

The farm dedicated to breeding has about a hundred cows and is managed by Dario, his father Stefano and his brother Michele.

During the summer, usually from May, the cattle move to the highlands during a day of transhumance that involves the whole family, from adults to children.

They stay for months precisely in Val Visdende where the family manages the historic Farmhouse Pra della Fratta.

In winter however, all the organic farming and cattle breeding takes place in the large family stable in San Pietro di Cadore, built in 1983.

Transhumance, open spaces and starry skies have been our daily life on summer days, since more than 100 years

My family lives following the rhythms of nature, enhancing the richness of the pastures of our Dolomites every day, which repay the effort of all of us with poetry and authentic emotions.
